Refund Policy

We offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee on all of our products.

We hope you like and enjoy our products as much as we do. Your satisfaction is our goal.

Because our products are made to order, and personalized, our products are not returnable. If you are not satisfied with our product you can request a refund of the purchase price less (shipping and insurance charges if applicable) on all non-engraved items. Shipping and insurance charges are non-refundable.

You must contact us within 60 days of your item(s) being marked as delivered to request a refund. You can contact us by email at: InnovativeItemsStore@gmail.com

We will notify you and let you know when the refund is approved. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method less processing and shipping charges as stated above. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We have a 14-day replacement policy for items that may arrive damaged, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return only if the item is damaged.

(For jewelry items such as necklaces and watches, cancellations may not be refundable once the item has entered production due to items being personalized and made to order, causing the item not to be able to be restocked for sale. *See the Jewelry cancellation policy below).

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Clothing, boots, or shoes may not be returned due to the item not fitting. You are responsible for ordering the right size item. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY ORDER:

We offer Package Protection for $2.98 you can pay at checkout for your orders, which we recommend.

The following terms apply for paid package protection:

  • The earliest claim time is 2 business days after tracking shows delivered (to allow for carriers who occasionally mislabel shipments)
  • The latest claim time is 15 days from the date delivered.
  • If you do not receive your item and it is marked as delivered and you did not purchase package protection then you will have to file a claim through your local USPS office. *We are not responsible for your item(s) once USPS takes possession.

 

JEWELRY CANCELLATION & EXCHANGES

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

We try to start production of all orders as soon as possible. Depending on when your order was placed, cancellation may be possible if production has not yet begun. Please make 100% sure you want to purchase the item(s) before you complete your purchase. You have up to 4 hours to cancel your order before your item enters production. If you cancel after the 4-hour window and the item is in production or shipped, you may be refunded the purchase price minus the shipping and processing fees 20% of the purchase price.

Please contact our support team to check if changes or cancellations are possible, and give the reason you wish to cancel.

MY ITEM IS DAMAGED/INCORRECT, WHAT DO I DO?

Please contact our support team for any items that arrived damaged, defective, or wrong item arrived, including a photo of the item.

We'll arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you as soon as possible. Please do not return items to us without authorization from support first.

CAN I RETURN MY PURCHASE?

We hope you'll love the item you purchased. If there are any concerns about it or you are thinking of returning it, please contact our support team for assistance, explaining your reasons for wanting to return the item(s).

 

What is your exchange policy?

Due to the products being made to order we do not offer exchanges; we do however offer a full replacement if your product has been damaged by us.

Simply email our support team – at InnovativeItemsStore@gmail.com with your name, order #, a photo of the product, and reason.

* requests must be requested within 14 days from the date your item(s) were marked delivered.

MY ITEM LOOKS DIFFERENT FROM THE ONLINE LISTING

This is a very rare occurrence. We make every effort to accurately represent all designs and products, though some listings make use of life-like renderings instead of photos to show how the item will look. This allows our sellers to create many different products with their artwork, without needing to make & photograph thousands of products a day.

It's possible you may have an item that is showing a defect, please take a few photos and send them to our support team for review, along with your order ID.
